Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy 

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies in order to help individuals better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions in order to relieve anxiety, improve self-esteem and gain healthy social skills.

Saturday’s, beginning September 30th, at 10:00am at the McLean Office

Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy Group for Ages 15-19
Thursdays, beginning October 12th, at 4:30pm at the McLean Office

Size Limit: 8 -10 Participants

Session Length: 6 weeks
