Mindfulness Group Therapy
This group offers education in mindfulness concepts to encourage emotional balance and stress reduction. Mindfulness practices promote present-moment awareness and offer strategies for increasing well-being and for recognizing self-defeating habits that contribute to emotional difficulties and exacerbate stress.
Divorce Support Group

Managing Life With Bipolar
This weekly group is for men and women with a diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder who are currently under the care of a psychiatrist and would benefit from further psycho-education and support from others.
