Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies in order to help individuals better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions in order to relieve anxiety, improve self-esteem and gain healthy social skills.

Adolescence is a time of radical physical, emotional, and social change. Teens often need help learning how to regulate their emotions, slow down their thoughts, and make positive, objective choices.

Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy Group for Girls Ages 11-15
Day/Time: Thursday’s, beginning August 10th, at 5:00 pm at the McLean Office
